BUYER'S REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT
It is now legally required to have representation before viewing a property.
The real estate landscape has shifted, particularly for homebuyers, following the recent NAR lawsuit. One key outcome of this legal change is that buyers are now legally required to sign an agreement with a buyer’s agent before touring any properties. This can be a "Single Property Agreement," which covers just one specific home, or a "Long Form Agreement," typically lasting around six months.

When you sign a buyer’s agreement with me, you can rest easy knowing that you can terminate the agreement at any time, with no penalties or fees—ensuring that you always feel in control of your home-buying journey.

Benefits of Signing a Buyer’s Agreement (read more here):
-
Full Representation: With a signed agreement, you have a dedicated agent legally committed to working on your behalf, ensuring your best interests are protected throughout the process.
-
Clear Terms: The agreement outlines exactly what services you’ll receive and how compensation will be handled, eliminating any surprises.
-
Customized Approach: If you're focused on one home, you can choose a "Single Property Agreement", or a "Long Form Agreement" if you're exploring multiple options.
-
Transparency in Compensation: This new law makes the commission process transparent. You will know upfront whether the seller is covering my fee or if you need to budget for it.
